Very good instructor. Fair, clear, always available. This was an online course & Goold did exactly what an online instructor is supposed to do! He was more than reasonable. Very organized. Excellent materials.

Eric is definitely an interesting individual, but aside from his dorky demeanor, his class is a breeze. He doesn't take attendance, but notes and extra credit opportunities EVERY class make it worth it. The homework is short and he does not surprise you on exams. He'll even show you how to do exact problems off the homework if asked.

He may be good at lectures, but if you struggle in Math good luck trying to get help from him. The only way he will help you is if you are a good math student but only stuck on a few problems. Better get comfy in the math lab. Worst professor I had because how he treated he like garbage.

Great professor. Get the E-book. Study guides are exactly like the exams/quizzes. Offers extra-credit. Frequently uses Blackboard and updates grades. Accessible through office hours and responds to e-mails. Groupwork points offered every class make attendance a must.

Do not buy the textbook, you don't need it. The online one works just as good. He is a great Professor though and is very easy to understand, and has very flexible office hours to meet with students who need help with the course content. All and all a very great professor. If you can, take this class with him.

Possibly the best professor I have had so far! Extremely helpful and fair. Uses examples in class and offers extra credit every day. Attendance is mandatory. 3 exams, exactly like the study guides (which he goes over in class). Don't get the textbook, just use the online version.

I hate math but ended up enjoying this class. I took it online during the summer and sometimes there was a lot of work involved (16 weeks worth in 12 weeks). He was so helpful and nice that the class didn't seem like that much work when it was all said and done. I would definitely recommend taking this class with him. Great teacher.

Seems like that class will be a lot of work when first getting into it but it isn't bad. He gives a lot of examples and the study guide before the test helps a lottt. pretty much everything on there is on the test. Overall good teacher

Math is easily the most difficult subject for me and this guy actually managed to get through to me. I can't say anything poor about this prof. Really knows how to explain math in a way that anyone can understand.

Goolds the man, easy quizzes, easy tests, each with great study guides, notes were a little iffy, but all you really need are the examples. He's not afraid to go over homework problems you don't understand and he's mega helpful

THE NAME SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! You'll never get a better teacher than this one. Not a terrible amount of homework, extremely easy weekly quizzes, and not so bad of exams. It's not that difficult to pull off an "A," but you have to show up once in a while for the bonus points. Sort of looks like Sting. IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE CALCULUS, TAKE THIS PROFESSOR!

Eric was incredibly helpful! He always gives study guides and gives the answers too so you can study for the exam. If you do the work and show up to class, its an easy A. I'm not fond of math but he made class worth it, even if it was at 9 a.m.

He is a pretty good teacher except the homework on blackboard was always harder than the examples he gives in class. The best part of his class is he gives tons of bonus point that you can use on the quizzes.

He seems to be an ok guy, but his teaching methods lack alot, he only teaches from the style of the book and if you dont understand the book your screwed. the software he uses on for the home work sucks, and is very picky on how you type in the answers. His testing methods need alot of improvment since you barely have enough time to answer
