I was very worried about this class at the outset because I had never done any kind of theatre design work. However, Mr. O. is extremely helpful and is always willing to work with students outside of class, so I really enjoyed the class. It's a lot of work, but I learned a lot. I recommend this class to anyone interested in theatre and/or design.

SOOOO easy! Definitely take him! He gives an outline for the lectures. Just listen in class and add a few notes to the outline and you'll do fine. Tests are a joke. SUPER easy class! He goes off on lots of tangents, but very easy.

One of the easiest teachers I have ever had. One time he gave us a test with 4 multiple choice questions on it. Everyone made a 100 so he didn't bother handing them back out. He is really nice too.

Amazingly funny and easy, if a bit strange. Easily the most interesting professor I've had at Samford; there's never a dull moment. He grades play critiques easily and his "tests" are a joke. Highly recommended.
