The guy's a legend. He talk all semester about giving "gifts" during the quizzes and final. He does not disappoint. 3 online quizzes, 2 cases (easy) and a final. I took Dr. cai during winter for corporate finance. He was very good, everything was very clear. You need to read the book in order to understand the topics but there are very easy to understand.

Easy online class for the winter. Cheggable, book found online for free. Pointless discussion boards and a typical project where you look at a stock movement and the annual report 10k for ratios. No stress because everything (including quizzes and final were found online.) Kinda unfair to people who take it conventionally because its so much easier

I look him for Investments online class this summer and I'm so glad I did! I was very intimated by the class and I was working full time. He broke down the assignments and material in an easy and flexible way and I learned a lot! Do all the work and read and you'll be fine. He also replies to emails quick and is extremely. It was truly a pleasure!

Took him for an online class. This was my first online experience and he made it so well! Always willing to help and replied to emails quickly. I am taking him for a class now, and he is one of the coolest people ever! Makes you laugh, explains the material well, and uses real-life examples. Take him!!

Had him for an online class. I was extremely nervous in the beginning of it, but WOW what a relief I took this man. All quizes are typically pretty easy, final exam is longer, but same. You have to really participate on the discussion boards, but he's very understanding. Hardest part is the project and even that was pretty easy, if only long.

If you are not AMAZING at finance, don't take this class. Tests are long and you run out of time. He lets you bring a piece of paper with notes on it on both sides for each test(This is exactly what sold me to take this professor, BIG MISTAKE). There is homework EVERY DAMN WEEK. One Project. Mandatory attendance. After doing everything I got a C+

Great professor. He does have an accent, but you get used to it. Really funny, and super helpful if you have a question or if you need something clarified. 3 tests and one project, plus homework. Just show up to class and do the homework--it really helps! He made corporate finance really fun and enjoyable for me.

By far one of the best professors I've had in Willy P. Really tries to help his students and answers every and any question you have without hesitation. There are 3 test in total which he reviews for,one project, and barely gives hw. This class is an Easy A but you must attend every class or you'll be lost. Funny guy and makes the class fun.
