Dr. Duroy mad me love biology! His knowledge and passion left an impact. His tests are customized, based on class discussions. You have to read the chapters and study the handouts (LOTS of handouts). He will blow your mind. Great for both science and non-science majors. My favorite professor. I wish we could clone him.

I would definitely recommend this professor to any students. He gives extra credits, every information he gives, he breaks it down and its very clear and understandable. You may test every week or two but its worth it plus extra credit. He also gives a group study review right before the test. Awesome professor! Two Thumbs Up!

Professor DuRoy is a phenomenal Professor. His lectures are very thorough and are pretty much the blueprint to the exams. In addition, he hands out study guides for each section he covers in lectures. He's also highly intellectual and vastly knowledgeable. Lastly, extra credit is an option and holds reviews outside of lectures, so take advantage!

Great professor, if you are looking for a Bio teacher he is the go to guy. Clear to understand, fair in the amount of work given , extra credit chances , go to class what ever he teaches will be on the exams, love his class and wish I could take him again.

He is one of the best professors i have every had. He is through with his work, clear and gives out reviews which prepares you for the test. He does allow you to make up test in addition to dropping the lowest grade. However do not take advantage otherwise you will not make it.

This professor is the best !! I took him for two classes and he is very helpful. He helped me in the process of transferring schools. I owe him a lot. Don't miss his class, he notices and you will miss a lot. He hands out packets and if you study them you will pass the class with an A. No book is required. Take him. Best of the best.

I highly recommends anyone who wants to learn Science take Prof. Duroy he is like a walking encyclopedia. He is extremely knowledgeable in science, history and current events. He gives u study guide on the units that he will be covering. He is one of the best at ECC.

AWESOME! He will do anything to help you pass the class and he is extremely fair. If you show him you're willing to try, he'll try as much as possible to give you a C or higher...i.e extra credits. Took him for bio 101 & 102 and he was a great professor all around.
