Professor Fratteriggo is awesome and is funny. All you have in this class is a take-home midterm which is a super joke and is easy and 2 movie reviews. I learned more from him than any history teacher I have ever had with no textbook! Take this man he rocks!

He was a wonderful, cute man that always made the class laugh and always had stories to tell. He's pretty animated so it makes the class less boring. He's also very sweet and interesting. We only had a take home mid term and 2 film review for the whole semester. I ended up with an A. He is very knowledgeable on history and loves it. Take him!

Best history teacher ever!!! His class is extremely easy, and he's a great guy. We had to write two movie reviews, and we had a take home midterm. NO FINAL!!!! Easy A, but the class is fun, and you can learn a lot from him!!!

I had him for US History and it was incredible. He taught with such passion that it made you pay attention and look forward to his lectures. though it was not difficult, the majority of your grade is based on two movie reviews, I learned more in his history class than any other! He was a joy to have as a professor and you dont need the text book!

Passionate about his subject matter(US Civil War), intelligent couple with wry humor best describe him. Clearly he would have been the tribal bard who recited the epic poems. His presentation and discussions are balanced and scholarly. Don't buy the book, all you need to do is attend and listen and count yourself fortunate to have him.

There is not enough space here for me to do justice to the awesomeness of Fred Fraterrigo. He is the most entertaining lecturer on the planet, the nicest man on earth, and someone who you should take every semester. Great great guy. He will sing you songs and teach you lots. Mr. Fraterrigo is the best teachers at Brookdale. No tests, quizzes, or homework. Just a take home midterm and final. He is not only funny but his classes are interesting and he cares about his students. We never used the book because he knew it all like he lived through it! An amazing teacher! Amazing class, Amazing teacher. No book is needed. He knows history like its the back of his hand. He doesnt use power points, just stands in the front of class and TALKS as if he was there!
