The reason why I came to Lyco. He tries to get to know everyone in the 100 plus choir and remains in active communication with a lot of alumni. He is amazing as a choir conductor. The only problem is that I would like to sing a lot more Jazz and maybe broadway pieces but that isn't necessarily a negative because some of the choral pieces are amazing. Take choir!!!! Especially guys!!!!!!!!!!!

He gets kinda flustered when he has to teach class for non-majors because no one cares, but he IS a good teacher when you have him for Theory. Don't be a jackass in choir-he gets frustrated. One of the most wonderful human beings on the planet.

I didn't appreciate Fred until Dale Jergenson came to conduct us when Fred was on sabatical. Still I don't like choir and he definitely plays favorites with tour and chamber choir members.
