You MUST go to class, he will deduct points from your grade is you miss,and there are not many grades in the class. Tests come straight from the book, so read the book!Even more than once.He can be gruff but will be nicer as the class goes on.Will answer questions in class. Test are not bad as long as you READ the book. I outlined the chapters and studied hard the night before and made an A. He follows the book closely. He can be rude at times but got nicer near the end. Attendance is mandatory and you have to read the cases before each class. Extra credit was really fun for three points extra on your average

Tried so hard to scare everyone on the first day, but in reality was more bark than bite. Takes attendance and being prepared very seriously. Other than that, he was an entertaining, informative teacher. Tests are tricky and there is a lot of reading, but the class still wasnt that bad at all.

I don't think I missed once class! Very Interesting but a grump! Seems to me to be a little ****! MAKE SURE YOU READ! If he calls on you in class and you do not know the answer and you try to BS... he will fail you. He uses alot of test questions from the italics in sentences... you will learn but he is tough! I made a B and worked hard!

He tries to scare people away the first day, but it turns out to be a really good class. It isn't easy but you will learn a lot. Keep up with your reading and you should be fine. He keeps it pretty interesting with lots of real world uses for the material you're learning. Take him if you actually want to learn something. Must work for an A/B

LOVED this class! i was dreading it, but it ended up being one of my favorites. i HIGHLY suggest taking from nickelson. going to his night class is like free entertainment. hes freaking hilarious. this class got me interested in trying to get into law school. do the readings and know the court cases, and it should be an easy B or A.

Half lawyer / Half Teacher. Night class never meets for much more than 2 hrs. All tests are 50 questions. Don't be intimidated by this guy. I only studied hard for 3 nights (before the 3 tests) and got an A. For extra credit he adds 3 pts on final average
