Next to Malcolm, I say Beadle is another excellent choice for any art class. He will give you strong feedback on how to become better and stronger as an artist. I also recommend him as an advisor. He will provide you with non bias information on what you should take for future semesters and what you can do after graduation. Definitely take him!

GET HIM TO WORK WITH YOU ONE ON ONE - He mixed a very diverse pallette for me in like 4 seconds! Ask questions, he's very knowledgable and has tons of books to show you! He gets to know everyone's names and majors.. and he can be funny, too. He took over my painting class when Ben Gibson got cancer.

A really great guy. His speaking voice is so perfect for a lecturer. I've had him for both draw. 1 and 2 and I have definitely improved. He does give a lot of work- but it's for a reason!! Watch for his subtle sarcasm- really brightens a class period :D

The class was very hard but very helpful. you would almost be retarded to take a class that was easy if it was for your career. Dont you want to learn? i walked in knowing nothing and a great dilslike for the man and left with a good understanding about drawing and i learned to appreciate what he was teaching. I totally recommend him!

Geoff is extremely helpful and shows as much interest as you do in your work. If you're lazy and quiet, you get what you deserve. He likes students that speak up and work hard. The best thing about him was that he talked to me like an adult, and I learned

He is definatley one of the best art teachers at edinboro for any art corse. I have tremendously improved beyond belief, and I would take him every chance I get. He is very reasonable and he does make you work but it is worth all of your time!

There are no suprises as far as a class with him goes. He is very serious about sticking with the syllabus. You will learn with Beadle, you most likely will get better (even the worst in my class were noticably improved by the end). Take him if you are willing to do the work-dont turn in crap.

Beatles class is easy, but very boring and monotone. He makes you do way too many still lifes. He gives a lot of homework. It's one thing to have an assingnment every week, but quite another when it is over Thanksgiving and spring break.

I thought he was an amazing teacher...very helpful but gives a lot of work. Every week you will get a new assignment. He over does the still lifes a little and is completely in love with charcoal...but you will learn so much! Im taking him again for sure

Rude, Crude, arrogant but he knows his stuff. Expect not to be able to talk or listen to music. You will draw for 2 and a half hours and that is all. But you will learn as well. You will need plenty of out of class time to complete assignments.
