He's a very good teacher.If you want to learn something he's your man.It's true that we were ahead with 6 chapters when we had our first test but he did tell us what to study and what to expect.He's fair with everyone but doesn't like lazy students.Attendance mandatory but you get points for that.Always be ready for his class.I really enjoyed it!

If you aren't lazy, and pay attention, you will learn. He is serious, expects adult behavior, & will call you out, but he is a FAIR, helpful, 100% competent instructor. Tests were not tricky/exactly what he told you to study and nothing more. Not the easiest professor by far, however, to date, my favorite. L.Carmen

This isn't enough space for me to properly explain how terrible it was. The worst was probably how unhelpful he was. Once I stayed after class and he looked very bothered and kept using these waiving away hand gestures. We were way ahead of the material by the time we got tested on it! Like 5 chapters ahead. Had to drop it. RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!

This professor was not helpful and was very judgmental. I have always enjoyed all my studies until this class. He was very demeaning in his presence.

He was not the easiest Professor, but he tells you what to exactly what to expect/what to study. He made me consider pursuing law instead of business.

Old school no nonsense professor with a wealth of practical law experience which he uses to enrich the curriculum beyond what is in the text book. A challenging and fair class.I certainly felt as if I got my moneys worth. Highly recommended!

His class wasn't easy, but he is very kind and will go out of his way to assist students. I would highly recommend him.
