I am currently in his class. He is truly brilliant and supportive and kind. I love listening to him because he takes time to think about what students say and believes what we say is valuable. I've never had that. Sure, it's an easy class, but it's a very interesting one as well. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

He is the stereotypical college philosophy professor, seems out of his mind at times but is a really great guy. our whole grade was based on 3 papers, all promptless, so doing the readings was necessary if you wanted to be able to write your paper on something. if he knows you and you know how to write about a topic he enjoys, you'll do well.
