This is an amazing POLI1 professor. I aspire to go to law school and his lectures have only motivated me to continue my plans. You have to study the textbook and your lecture notes for the tests. During his lectures he will tell you what is on the test. He is down to earth and passionate about government& politics. I defiantly recommend!

Professor Druehl really is a gem. He's funny, down to earth and truly knows the material. Not only that, he is truly inspirational and he really pushes you to do your best. 3 exams, a few current events short papers, Final, and extra credit. (Which I highly recommend doing.) Wonderful teacher and I highly recommend him for Poli Sci!

I loved this class and professor. Druehl is brilliant and down to earth. He's funny too. He cares and wants us to care too. It's an easy class if you apply effort and work hard. Some students failed, some got A's. He's one of the best professor's De Anza has to offer and gives substance and meaning. His motto is "work hard and you will do well".

Professor Druehl is the best teacher I have ever had through all of my years of schooling. He is really the kindest, most inspirational person who wants you to succeed in life, as well as in his class. As long as you take notes on the reading and lectures, study the terms, stay on top of the work, and work hard, you can succeed in his class.

Professor Druehl is one of the most personable and one of the kindest teachers I've ever come across! He's beyond hilarious and always willing to answer questions when you need help. Oh my, where do I even begin? You would be foolish if you didn't take his class! Professor Druehl is one of the kindest, hilarious and one of the best teachers I've ever taken! His lectures are beyond excellent and he's always willing to help and answer your questions! (News Paper article responses+ 3 mid terms+ 1 Final)

Druehl is an amazing professor who truly knows what he's talking about. He does not pressure you towards any political opinions, but merely gives you the facts so that you can form one on your own. Unlike many professors he wants you to succeed and go on to do bigger and better things in life. You'll get an A as long as you take good notes.

He came off too easy as a professor, but he creates a good political learning environment. His great sense of humor and a cup of coffee make me look forward to coming to his class every morning. He's a very caring teacher and wants his students to be successful. Plus he looked over my personal statement for transfer and give solid feedback.

Professor Druehl is wonderful. Yes, you have to be a strong note taker, since a lot of his questions come from the notes. Yes, you may read a lot. It is a political science class, what do you expect? I really recommend him to those who really want to know more about the U.S. politics and world affairs. His text is easy if you focus in the class.

He is a fantastic lecturer. If you are a strong note taker you'll do well. I'm not and still got the A. His tests are rough. Diabolical multiple choice questions, definitely not my favorite. Plenty of extra credit if you're able to take advantage, sadly I wasn't. He did work something out with me but I was only able to get half the points.

He is awesome. I would recommend him, especially to non-native English speakers since there was no group discussion involved in class. I doubt the importance of group discussion in an introductory course because it tends to be superficial, so his teaching style was ideal for me. He provides lots of extra credits & it's not hard at all to get an A!

Take his class if you are international students, you can learn lots of American policies. Exam is easy, and his lecture will help you do well on every exam. He is a funny guy. Even first exam is inclass writing, he will give you title and keywords couple days before exam. Just write down to earn credit. Easy A! !

Druehl is easily the most inspiring and incredible professor at De Anza. His lectures are hilarious and his class is the reason I'm excited to get up every morning and go to school. He gives more extra credit opportunities than any professor I've ever had, so if you somehow fail this class, it's on you. Wish I could take all of his classes.

Love this guy! Druehl is the most popular Poli Sci professor! I don't know why everyone takes Nicky Yuen. Druehl doesn't pushes you into being a political activist, not that I don't care about my community, I don't like being force into it. Overall, Druehl offers a fair amount of extra credit, tests aren't that hard. I'm gonna miss this guy.

Greg is such a good-hearted humble and incredible individual. He is such a great teacher and teaches with a comedic passion. You'd wished that he teaches other Political course or any other class. Exams aren't that tough as long as you show up to class and take good notes. He makes not only to work hard in his class, but to work harder in life.

Best teacher I ever had at De Anza. He offers an unbiased view on politics which is amazing and very hard to come by these days. I would HIGHLY recommend taking him.
