His presentation is hand-wavey and muddled. His derivations are disorganized and rather than explain what is the mathematical reasoning, he mumbles the algebra he is doing. He is nice, but that only accentuates his incompetence. A decade past retirement, he may have once been a good teacher. I was excited for the class but he didn't do it justice.

Good professor, teaches well. Graded pretty harshly on the final, I feel like it was unfair. Basic situation was that the answers that I put were not incorrect, but the work was done differently than taught in class, and from a more analytical perspective than is taught in the course. For that reason, points were taken, in my opinion, sometimes unf

Good teacher, knows a lot. But, my class [calc 1] is made up of people who have and have not taken calc before; he teaches in such a way that you almost have to already know the material to fully understand what he is teaching as he teaches very strange methods. Spent 5 minutes in class teaching material that was 1 of the 5 questions for a midterm
