Comment:

Lots of handouts and packets, so you need to find the useful information. She gives a huge helpful formula packet for the tests, just make sure you know which ones to use. One time, she gave us a practice test, which ended up exactly being our test, so make use of what she gives you! She's very kind and puts encouraging bible verses everywhere.

Comment:

She's so nice, she always tries to answer questions, and she's understanding about accommodations. A down side is that if you leave the classroom at all during class time, she will count you as tardy or absent. Keep up with course material, because there are a lot of pop quizzes.

She is such a nice person. I like how she teaches and I think her exams are fair. But how she grades is a joke!! She takes a lot of points for everything.

Lots of handouts but they were really helpful. She likes to give old quizzes and test, which are great study tools. She wants homework done a certain way, but as long as you follow her rules you should get 100s on the homework. She is willing to help and loves when you ask questions. There is a lot of homework but its not too bad.

Ms. Manhart is so sweet! She is hilarious and cares about your grade. She can be strict if you don't follow her rules, but if you pay attention and keep up, it's not hard at all! Beware though, she gives AT LEAST one "pop" quiz EVERY class period! She drops some of them, but no excuses are tolerated so don't get behind and you'll be fine!

I'm going to try to say this the best way I can... She's stupid. You can barely understand her and her accent makes me want to dip my ears in honey and have bears rip them off. Easy A but not worth the headache.

She is an amazing teacher, and she's clear on what you need to do. There were only two tests, final and midterm. She makes sure you are peeped and ready for classes, it's honestly your own fault if you don't make an A in the class.

This class was hilarious. She was so funny, but I don't think that was her intention. She is very earnest, and she cares about her students. MyStatLab is required, but super easy. Don't buy the book, we don't really use it

She is the easiest teacher I've ever taken in my life. We literally only covered about 5 chapters of material the whole year. We had 4 easy tests and a final which was just another regular test. She will work one or two problems a class. She works irritatingly slow. Easy A. You don't need the book, she gives you handouts.

Professor Manhart one of my favorite's and I don't have many. She makes learning fun, because she never leaves you stranded trying to figure out applications. You will have full access to Tegrity Videos that walk you through the steps of assigned course work. I wish more instructors were like her.

Calc II will be one of the hardest classes you ever take and Ms. Manhart is there for you if you're willing to work. DEFINITELY do the suggested homework. She gives a decent amount of extra credit and you will need it. Work hard; get this class behind you.

I didn't find her teaching all that clear. When you asked a question she just confused me. If you miss one class you're behind. Plan to stay on top of everything she teaches you. Test are difficult.

Great teacher. Goes through all the problems with you and even allows an index card for every test. She provides class notes that you can just print out and follow along. My only problem is that she doesn't want you to leave the class for any reason, even to use the bathroom (which she doesn't consider an emergency).

Ms. Manhart is the sweetest teacher I've had at Campbell. She goes above and beyond to help everyone with different options to practice. She thoroughly explains the material. Connect Math is essential, but I didn't buy the textbook and I was fine. Pay attention during lectures and attend class (stickler for attendance).

I took Manhart for Elementary Statistics and it was so easy! I am usually bad at math but she gives a lot of extra credit and the tests were just like the practice tests. The lectures were boring so I ended up teaching myself mostly, but the homework she required really helped with that. Watch out, she is a stickler about absences and tardies!

Mrs. Manhart is an EXCELLENT teacher. She makes sure that her students understand the material. Her door is always open during her office hours and she always offers extra credit on the test. She is one of the best math teachers I have ever had in my life. Everyone should take at least one of her classes.

Ms. Manhart is a really wonderful math teacher, but is way too strict and treats students like high school students. She refused to round up a grade for a student who was .53 away from a B and for another student who needed a C to stay at Campbell.
