Adorably nerdy, plays classical music loudly at the beginning of class. I wouldn't recommend him unless you have experience in European history. Tests are super hard, but essays are graded pretty fairly

If you don't know anything about European history I don't recomend his class. He is a good professor, however, so if you are looking to learn something I suggest taking him. There are a few exams and a couple papers. He is a goof ball =)

very enthusiastic guy...yet somehow i was still extremely bored. If you really love history and are good at it, you'll prob enjoy it. as for me i hated it. and if he gives you a choice between doin a paper and discussion CHOOSE DISCUSSION!even if you dont talk much...trust me

Take this class if you enjoy teaching yourself and watching your tuition money be wasted. Midterm, and a final. One 5-6 page paper, and 15 page research paper. Does not teach a single thing in class. Poses questions, to the students and you listen to them speak the whole time. WASTE!

Dr. Clark is a great guy. His class is fairly difficult, but if you do the reading it isnt too bad. The books are tough to read, but he does a good job explaining them. I would def take another class with him. Very funny too!

Dr. Clark is a nice guy, and he DOES sound like Kermit! Tells some of the most random and lame jokes, but for some reason he can pull them off. Reading was an expected amount for an honors course. Taught more like a seminar. Take him!

Funny in class. But for a 108 class, there is too much work. He assigned a 500 page book to read in 5 weeks and write a 7 page paper on. his tests often have questions he never addressed in class. not reccommended for those with a science major.

An interesting man. I hope he isn't insulted when people say he sounds like Kermit, but it's that nasal sound. He is entertaining when he teaches, but sometimes the material can be humdrum. He is paradoxical in that he invites students to his house for supper, but will elude personal opinions.
