My withdrawal was my own fault. This professor is one of the best I have had. I dropped the class cuz I knew coming back into the same course with him again; I could pick his brain for all it is worth. I was getting an A. He is very helpful. The material is hard.. if you put in the time to learn it.. he will be there helping you as much as he can!

One of the nicest and most helpful professors in DM. Yes the class isn't the easiest but it's been the kindest to me compared to any other coding class. Easier than Media Software Design. He curves grades and lets you earn back a decent grade if you work for it. Genuinely knowledgeable and nice, wish I could say that about most DM professors.

First time he teaches this course. He's not bad. Because there are no exams in this course, you are graded on your creativity. He lets you choose anything for your story for the entire course(even a videogame). It helps to have some experience in web design, but he cares more about your story concept and your ideas on fitting it into the course.

E-Commerce was very useful, though I would suggest you study a little PHP on your own before taking this class. I got an A because I was already fairly competent with PHP, but I know he was going pretty fast for the other students. To his credit, he is very helpful to those who need help. Say what you will about his quiet voice, I learned a lot.

easy. boring. just show up and it wont be hard. moshell is just old and boring and you cant hear him when he lectures. you get used to it. i've had him 3 times and showing up to class is the key to passing.

Pretty easy, just show up for class though. Tends to get a little confused occassionally and loses his spot. He wants people to pass though and will help you as long as you show an attempt to learn!

It's too bad this is a requirement for DM students cuz i thought it was a waste of time ur expected to do everything yourself. Tests are way hard but he curves the class tremendously so its not taht hard to get a B. Make sure to do all assignments and u will be fine.

Could've been better, could've been worse. Was a bit of a boring class and he was vague about some things, but always willing to help you after class. Exams were open note, open book, AND open internet (minus IMing) so that helped out alot.

This class lacked any sense of direction - his instruction was vague and at times frustrating! His grading was very subjective as there wasn't any clearly defined criteria for lab assignments. He openly admitted to not understainding how to utilize the software in this class (scary)! If he was a reflection of the entire program, I'd quit!

The class is designed to funnel out the students who won't do well in the major. If you have a true interest in this field you'll do fine. It's not an easy class, but talking to him about your problems is a great way to get a passing grade. Excellant teacher and one to keep talking to after the class ends.

If you are minoring in this like i WAS... you get so lost, the book is no help, and he goes off on random topics.. the tests are rediculously hard and i had no idea what they were on .. it was like greek to me..If u do the work you will pass with a C.. but its a bullsh*t class

boring class, he checks attendance through random name calling. Just do the tasklists and look over notes before tests, they're alright, but he likes tricky questions where there's two right answers, but you have to pick the best. Nice guy, just not a great teacher

Be prepared to use your brain with this professor. He makes you think, not just memorize. I actually like him - had him for digital media too. Just prepare for teamwork and know that the final exam will take hours to complete. Very smart man - very creative...an asset to UCF.
