Construction Cost Estimation. What can you say? You have to have this class. Patterson is vague often times in his instruction. It's like sink or swim. Usually in his class, you don't learn how to swim until after you've had a near drowning (bad grade) experiance. Other than that, he's really a great guy.

Real down to earth guy. Lot's of practical experience. Keeps you interested. Not too hard to make a good grade here. Show up, participate, study for the tests (which are all fill in the blank. no mulitple guess tests with this guy.) If you got an "A" then good job, you earned it! If you got a "D" then shame on you but you EARNED IT.

Can be entertaining but vague at times. The good thing is he is always willing to help. Patterson is a great guy; be ready to do LOTS of takeoffs in Mech/Elec.
