Comment:

Thermo is a difficult top but he knows it and also clearly is a world known person based on his publications. Take his class - pay attetion- everyother topic in engineering then becomes simple.

Very nice but tough and expects homework in time. Goes well beyongd the text book and sometimes teaches at a higher level which is frustrating because its more work but his explanations are simple. Overal I say take the class

I went to this class because it was so interesting. He is very clear for this dificult course. Do the hw which gets you up to a B easily. My friends like him a lot. Don't miss class because he teaches more than the book. I am sorry we were misled about him by our adviser. He spends extra time with all students who need it. Speaks softly.

Well overall this class is either straight-forward or it can be challenging. Keep up with the teacher and read what he covered. Your best bet is to take notes from the book. As for tests, usually they are 2-4 questions that come from the suggested problems, just with different numbers.

I have had this professor for two courses. He is the most knowledgeable most approachable I also think he is very hot! Very good with immediate emails. Figures out the question the student wants to ask and clarifies the answer. Infinite patience with students. Does a lot more than the syllabus and tries very hard to impart useful knowledge

Very impatient with students that had more advanced questions than, "what is energy?" Left class after a question was asked once... A 70% was an A but no one learned anything, grades were based on who could memorize the most equations. Doesn't reply to e-mails either.
