I agree with Dr. Marsh's politics. But this alone is not reason to like a professor.<br>Dr. Marsh does not seem interested in teaching (i.e. encouraging critical thought) so much as venting at a captive audience.His frustration is understandable, but the methods are wrong. Change will not be born of venom, Prof. Marsh. Change must be born of love.

I had Marsh twice at Fordham and I find his confidence in his convictions admirable. However, he frequently strays off the reading topics to tell the world how pissed off he is at the injustices of the system. Conservative and liberal students alike will find him difficult to deal with.
