This teacher is extremely liberal and tries to force her opinion on her students. Every paper we have written has been on racism. If you write the paper agreeing with her beliefs you will get an A+. Good luck if you don't. This teacher is also almost dead. Maybe 90 years old.

Professor Krauss is such a sweetheart. She loves all of her students and wants the best for everyone. Super super easy class. You read both books and discuss them in class. No tests just 4 essays. Really understanding and is willing to help you whenever she can. I love her and she's super cute. Definitely recommend her!!!

TAKE HER CLASS! She is super nice and really cares about her students and wants all to do well. No tests, just papers and she is a fair grader. I missed a few classes on Fridays and it didn't lower my grade. Just email her first.

Couldn't be happier with this teacher. She truly cares about her students. You have four essays, but before each one is due you met with her and she revises it to make it an A grade! In class you can just skim the reading and just state your opinion and you're golden. She's an easy A and super nice and caring!

Professor Krauss is great to have during your freshman year. There is no midterm or final, not even a final essay. You read a few books, most of which people read already,read a lot of short stories and poems and write about them. The class is an easy A; just do the work and come to class. She also likes to hear everyone's opinions. Very helpful

Very helpful and sincere, and truly cares about inmproving student's writing. She hates cliches and tells you when their in your writing. A unique gem of Fairfield University. If your writing is bad she'll tell you straight up. She is one of my favorite professors at Fairfield ever.

She is an ok teacher but a tough grader. Have her for EN11 and I haven't been able to write an essay for her that didn't say "see me" on it. She criticises my writing for the smallest of errors. She's a nice person but as a professor, you may have an easier time taking someone else's class.

Krauss is nice to you if you are a good writer. If you aren't she really makes no effort to help. Whenever she critiques my work I feel as though she is judging my ideas rather than my writing. She didn't ever really teach me how to be a better writer, she just taught me that everyone in my class were better writers than me.
