He is useless, and should not be allowed to teach this coarse. HE DOESN'T TEACH TWO USEFUL THINGS IN CLASS. I went to 90% of the classes. The book was not used, nor did it help in anyway. I read through half of it before realizing this. no need to buy the lab kit only a few select parts are used. A summary, the lab is the coarse, dont expect help.

Good professor but just a little hard to understand. Overall fair about grading and the course was hard but not too bad. I can't say I was really interested in the subject matter, so though he was a good professor the class was not that great.

His labs are great, you definitely learn more in lab than in lecture. He can be hard to follow, but the stuff you learn is relevant (to a certain degree) and will help you.

I had the pleasure of taking 251 from grantner himself and he both doesn't speak english well and can't explain things so teaching must have been the obvious calling. The lab was ridiculous, 8 hours atleast a week plus lab homework and ofcourse nothing was taught in class. If I had to take this class as a sophmore I think id switch majors.

Great knowledge in his field. He keeps the syllabus in perfect pace with the realworld applications. Helpful as much as possible.Gives tough assignments which eventually helps. He can improve on his English abilities to be more effective. Overall excellent.
