Gu is a really nice prof. His lectures are often very boring and difficult to follow, however this is the nature of microprocessors if you are not interested in the subject. The course material is difficult and Gu doesn't teach it the best, however, for midterms and finals you can write almost anything on your cheat sheet to pass the exams. Easy.

most ppl like him, coz class avg is A. I dislike him, coz its a total waste of time both writing exams and making chi-chi sheets. Everyone knows, his exams are exactly from previous years and that's why WE ALL GET A.

Excellent prof. He will make life easier for you by moving labs to the next week cause he knows you have midterms. Assignments are fairly easy and the exam and midterm were not too bad. He scales marks also, and gives out candies for correct answers in class. Overall a nice guy and good prof.

he's one of the coolest prof.. he is smart and he always tries to help students. he understands us (what we need) more than anybody else.he's easy but teaches so fast that he loses the attention of the class most of the time. it's hard to follow him..
