Very funny and interesting professor. Always enjoyed my time in class. However, be sure to read all of the assigned material and participate in class or else your grade will tank! Very hard grader on papers.

Arguably Samford's most valuable asset. He's a genius and he knows it, but he is wholly wonderful to take a class from. Definitely my favorite class that I've ever taken.

Dr. Wallace is by far the best professor I have ever had at Samford. The fall of my freshman year I failed CP 101 and retook it with Dr. Wallace and he changed my whole perspective on CP! Participation is required but it is easy to participate because he wants to hear what you have to say!! He is SOO funny!! Best professor at Samford hands down!!!!

Dr. Wallace is a great teacher. You have to come to class and read, but his lectures and discussion based teaching is very interesting. He wants you to actually learn the material and see how it relates to the world today. There are pop reading quizzes and some essays, but no tests. He is also hilarious. Definitely recommend.

TAKE WALLACE. He's a tough grader and expects quality work out of you, but he is such a good resource and gives you what you need to succeed. You'll appreciate it later on in college. He's also extremely witty. I looked forwarded to the first 15 mins of class cause all we would do is have the funniest, most amusing conversations.

The class only had two papers and a final exam. We had only received one grade back by the week before finals, so grading was very unclear. Expect LOTS of reading that may or may not be fully covered during class. Also, he stresses class participation, but often makes it difficult to add to the discussion.

Dr. Wallace is a great teacher, and really keeps you interested into the content of the class. He is really nice, and has great stories. He does essays instead of test, and he gives reading quizzes. You do have to read, and really understand the content. he is a bit of a hard grader, but none the less an amazing teacher.

Wallace is a very good teacher. He encourages class discussions. He assigns essays rather than tests which for some can be good or bad. Be prepared to read because he will give pop quizzes every now and then.

Demands a lot out of the students. If you talk about the material and give him your reasons why you think so HE WILL LIKE YOU. Talk and understand the material and you WILL get an A.

He is a great professor. He keeps you intersted in the stuff by throwing random things at you. Mid term and exam all essays. Confusing essays but he gives them to you before so write them ahead and memorize them! Not helpful outside of class though, i went several times but he wouldn't answer them. Very sarcastic!

He is so brilliant and teaches in a way that is fun and educational. He challenges you, so don't expect to sail through. Hes extremely helpful though. Has an amazing sense of humor, very dry and sarcastic. Cant say enough good things!

I took Wallace's class over the summer, and was actually sorry that I couldn't have taken a full-length, more in-depth version. He's hilarious, and it's a shame if you don't get his jokes. He also seems to know his field like he knows his son's baseball stats, and though I didn't exactly like getting up for class every day, it was worth it.

Great Professor!! I love going to class. He is hilarious and we have interesting discussions. If you read and write how he likes=A. he doesn't throw and curve balls at you on quizes and tests really. Grades a little hard on essays. Likes content and not so much a/b grammer. He doesn't really help much outside of class. He tries, but isn't good ati
