The only book we had to purchase was worth less than $15 and then he gives you the rest of the readings to be done for the class as handouts. easy class, all you have to do is pay attention when he lectures so as to incorporate some of his points in the essay/paper you have to write at the end of the semester. He his easy to approach and funny.

He was my advisor. The best part about him is that if he is your advisor, he doesn't take crap from other committee members if they get lazy or try and delay things. He's one of the most honest & genuine profs I've ever known. If you bust your butt for him, it's totally worth it. He's on your side.
