He's a kind and good-natured man who enjoys what he teaches. Prefers to let students lead the discussion while he points out key passages and ideas from the reading. Participation is part of the grade, so speaking up is necessary to get the most out of his class. Gives very helpful feedback on writing assignments. Definitely recommended.
