If the photos do not look the way she wants it too, you will not get a good grade. It's actually hard to get an A in the class, which is frustrating considering the fact that it's a gen ed. Only photography majors get A's. One class, she specifically said, and I quote, "Grades don't matter". I would not have taken the class if I knew that! BEWARE

I went on a study abroad trip with her and both she and the other professor were completely disorganized. I had taken her intro class before and was taking 399 for study abroad and it was exactly the same with two extra assignments. I didn't learn anything new, but it was a good trip. As long as it looks like you are trying, you will get an A.

Jeanne was a cool person. She does however hardly put grades in on time. I finished the semester and I have no idea what my grade will be. For the few assignments she did grade I got an A so I hope that's what I got. Final is take home which is nice.

Nicest woman ever. You can tell she really loves photography, and she gets you excited about it. However, her methods of turning in assignments were very unorganized and confusing. Grading was often confusing.

One of the most amazing people in my life. Manages to help every student in her class, even a combined photo 2/3 class! Upbeat, calm, and willing to help even outside of class. also, responds to emails lightning fast! i love her to death!

Excellent professor. She not only teaches but she actually DOES photography for a living. She can be very challenging with students she believes have talent and she is right there cheering them on to be different, unique and innovative. She has definitely enhanced my experience and I will always be grateful to her for her expertise and tutelage!

I did not receive a single grade for the entire semester so I didn't know how I was doing. She's extremely nice, kind of a goofball but I enjoyed the class. She gave me an A so I can't complain. Not a heavy workload either. Some of the projects are annoying though.

Awesome professor! Totally cool and quirky, very helpful! she's glad to meet outside of class to help students and her assignments are pretty fun! Photo is a demanding class, but she does give you some slack on late assignments too :P
