Comment:

While Professor Giraud is a great and funny person, his course schedules and timetables leave something to be desired of. Through circumstance and perhaps just a lot of bad luck, the set schedule for his class is continually derailed and modified, leaving many students, including myself, confused as to what is coming next.

Great guy, and great teacher. He gave good feedback and was clear about what he expected. There were a few group discussions, and the final project was a group speech. But he gives you freedom with your topics.

This class was really great and easy. Mr. Giraud's lectures are clear and his tests are over the lecture and the book but all of the tests are online but you can do them from home. The speeches are short except for the group one which was about 8-12 minutes but should be easy since the group is like 6 people.

This professor is one of the most amazing professors I've taken out of all the other professors. If you are terrified to talk in front of people and want to kind of get over that fear and also need to take speech as a credit take this class! He helps you so much and he's a very cool teacher! There needs to be more speech teachers like him!

Awesome teacher! I wish there were more professors like him. He's really laid back and chilled. We didn't use the book much. But he's a really good teacher. I wish I would of had his class a little longer. I highly recommend him!

I have social anxiety disorder and dreaded this class, putting it off until my last summer. Ended up my favorite class. Jeff is great. He cares more about watching you learn and grow as a person than a "grade". It's a fairly easy class and he makes it entertaining. Great guy, great class. Take him! If you are dreading speech, he's the guy to take.

Excellent instructor. Jeff's an easy going guy that's down to earth and really understands your needs as a student. Attendance isn't mandatory, nor is the text book. There are no online quizzes, just the in class exams and two easy speeches.
