Professor Marshall is one of the most laid back and chillest professors ever. He is very helpful and if you take the time to go see him he will help you out with whatever you need from there on out. He actually cares about his students but helps them grow up as well

Jeff is a great person, but he doesnt teach many classes. He doesnt teach with the motto of he should explain everything you should learn it on your own. He is a great advisor however and has worked with me many times to make sure i will graduate on time. But if you dont take the time out to do so he wont either.

Class was boring and seemed secondary to his role here at the college. Have dealt with him several times outside of class about other issues with zero results to date. We feel that he is pretty useless and a waste of the taxpayers money. On the positive side, he is a pretty friendly person.

I have never seen someone with such a lackadaisical attitude and approach toward everything. Not only is he lethargic, but he has no understanding whatsoever of the course material. He is the department chair and I have no idea how this happened. He is unorganized and I have to second guess everything that he tells me due to past errors.

Well as a typical alfred state class, you dont learn anything. It could be a good program but nobody cares exspecially Jeff. Also, you have to watch your back, because he doesn't know what classes you need to take. Favorite motto: always next year .
