He is not only a really great Humanities teacher, but a genuinely nice and helpful person! Class was challenging, but in the ok-doable way, not the "super hard teacher" way. Definitely take him if you have the chance, you won't regret it.

jeff is a very confused guy, he thinks he explains things clearly, but when you get to the final/midterm, you're totally in the dark. He goes off on random tangents and stutters when he gets super into a subject - it's less endearing and more confusing. nice guy, but i wouldn't take him again.

Jeff is a nice guy, but not a very good teacher. I found that in fifty minutes he doesn't have enough time to say what he wants to, but that doesn't matter anyway because I don't think he know what he wants to say either. Really unclear. Office hours are a joke with no personal time. Don't take!

Jeff is a nice guy, but he is not a great teacher at all. He is very unclear in discussion. His midterm and final tested us on very random material. He doesnot help you at all with your essays unless you go into his office hours. I recomend going to as many of his office hours as possible.

Good discussion leader but at the same time his midterm/final are really challenging along with the essays. It’s not an easy A, but you do learn a lot even though he can be a bit confusing at times. He doesn't give any busy work either so that’s nice.

Jeff is an awesome teacher. His office hours are super helpful and he makes his discussions really fun. He is really laid back but does push his students to do well. There is no busy work and he is pretty flexible as a teacher. Definitely take him for HumCore discussion, you won't regret it.
