I would not have wanted any other teacher! Mr. Sims is the best, hands down. He makes his own notes from the chapter to hand out to the class, you only use the book if you want to look at pictures. He's very passionate about history, so it makes lectures fun to listen to. Overall, an extremely great guy and I recommend him to everyone!

Mr. Sims is an amazing history professor. Everyone needs to take him! easiest A ive received. its best to attend to know when tests are, but honestly class is him reading off the lecture hes preintes out for you. tests are easy. & you have a GUARANTEED 100 on the final if you show up (trust me. easy peasy) 10/10 would recommend

I love this man! I wish I could take more of his history classes! Mr. Sims knows his history and by the end of the semester, you will know your history! Mr. Sims is a caring, benevolent, passionat, and amazing man who respects anyone as long as they respect him. He is a good ole southern man with a heart of gold! You will not regret taking him!

Mr. Sims is a pretty great professor. Only had one test, two essays, and one exam. You don't have to show up for class but I recommend it. You pretty much just sit there and listen to his lectures and he gives you a copy of it. The only problems I had with his class was he didn't send out emails when he wasn't going to be in class or post grades.

I went to class one time a week to get the notes.. He usually gives one multiple choice test, two essay test, and the final. On the final (if you show up on time) he gives you every answers to test. I loved him..... he was so funny and is so up front.

Mr. Sims is amazing teacher. I had him for both His 121 and 122. I made As in both classes. Just write your summaries for each chapter, and do great on the test and easy A for you. He gives good feedback as well.

HIS classes are packed everyone loves this teacher! He hands out lecture notes which is an easy note taking and study guide to the test! Interesting lectures & he tries to find things within his topics to hit everyone's interests so it's never boring! Has essay tests these really prepare you! If he taught anything else I would take his class!

I took Professor Jim Sims World History I class online. Expect to read through each chapter you cover, like you should be doing, and be prepared to write a short essay each week about the chapter you covered in your own words. Super easy teacher to get along with, he always seemed really nice and laid back whenever I'd chat with him online.

Mr. Jims is very nice, and quick to respond! His assignments are very easy to understand. His test are on the exact same thing you read, no SURPRISES at all! I would take him again, in fact, I am on HIS 122. I wish there were more teachers like MR. SimS!!
