I found that Cunsolo was not the professor for me. Although knowledgeable, his teaching styles were not what I was used to. He tends to baby the class and he taught things I learned in high school in a completely different way, which threw me off and confused me more.

Genuinely sweet prof who cares about the students. His "long behold!" & "oh shame on me!" remarks never got old! But I found it almost impossible to stay awake through an entire lecture. Math @ 8:30 AM with Cunsolo for 1.5 hours was a bad combo. Felt like he was singing me a lullaby with mathematical terms. Thank god for those course notes though.

I almost failed calculus in high school, so imagine my surprise when I walked out of university calc with an 80! Some days I had a hard time following him, but he was sure to tell us what would be on the midterms and final. He is easy to listen to and his little mannerisms always made me laugh.Great prof.
