She is a horrible teacher. Her tests are extremely difficult nothing that she teaches is on them, she also makes the questions VERY confusing. I'm pretty sure she doesnt even have a doctorate. She talks way too much about herself and literally gave us the printed notes for a chapter and said we have a test next class. She's awful, do not take her.

Just don't take her, she is extremely mean and she is like some said below a "mean-girl" from high school. She favors people and talks to much about her life. She spends little to know time on the material & all we do is watch pointless movies or short clips. Oh and she has you star things that she says is on the test and it rarely is... good luck

As soon as you get into the class she seems like such a sweet lady. WRONG. Her tests are extremely hard and most of the material is self explanatory but she makes the questions confusing. If you miss a class on a day you have to get into groups for a project... GOOD LUCK

Prof. Forte appears nice, but really is not. She is really strict because the theatre program is not doing well. Funding has been cut and she's afraid of losing her job. The class is huge and hard. I am doing well, but think she's a little extreme for an Introduction to Theatre course.

Literally the sweetest lady ever!!!!! If you get the chance TAKE HER!! This is the only class I actually wanna go to. Watch movies. Take minimal notes and do a couple fun skits in front of the class.

If you are not a theatre major do not take her for intro-you don't need to know all the information she covers. Take any and all upper level classes with her though! She knows what she's talking abotu and is really helpful. Sweetest woman ever...just don't piss her off

I had this prof over 15 years ago and I STILL tell people within the theater profession about what a nightmare she is. Her methods of teaching are that of a high school "mean girl"--if you kiss her ass she will LOVE you but if she decides for whatever asinine reason that she doesn't like you she will make your life downright hellish. THE WORST!

Tests are impossible unless you memorize her notes. I used flashcards to study and got 100% on every test. Class can be fun sometimes. I would definitely recommend her for Intro to Theatre.

This professor is great. She is funny and the class is fun. Her tests can be a little hard but if you study you will do fine. One last thing, Never and I mean Never get on her bad side. She may seem innocent but she can rip you apart. And there is no final exam you just get to do a scene from one of the plays you read in the class. Recommend Prof.

Her class was soo fun! The tests were easy and she told you exactly what would be on them. Its straight memorization. Class was fun to attend with fun activites, and the end of year project is probably my favorite thing Ive done all year.

HILARIOUS lady!!! get her to tell stories, she's so funny. you think she would be a really really easy teacher so when you take her tests youare a little surprised. study for her tests. they arent hard, just a lot of material. she's really nice and i DOES NOT pick favorites. just go to class and youa re all set. fun final!
