Very easy course, very boring prof. His lectures can be confusing since he jumps from one topic to another often. Labs are free marks. Some days he'll cover how to do the assignments, which would otherwise be confusing to start. Midterm and final are open book, making them fairly easy.

Barron is a great fella. He is kind and willing to help (although I never really asked him specifically about lecture material, just admin stuff) and responds promptly. I can not stand his instructions though. Extremely unorganized and lectures are beyond boring. His exams are a joke though.

Poor. Not helpful at all, response to questions always start with "If you look it up on Google..." or "you can find the answer in the email I sent..." During lecture, he'll read right off the slides, even his code examples. His slides aren't even organized well, sentences continue in the next slide and are hard to follow. At least he's a nice guy.

If you ever need a course on how to read lecture notes right off the powerpoint (Including code) with a monotonous voice, As well as receive basically the same data when you go to the office hours. This is your course...He actually managed to make something I love sound difficult and boring.

Course was well organised and he's friendly when giving feedback. Notes felt bit 'aged' though -- wish he'd touch on state-of-the-art to put things into perspective. Exam was a bit confusing but he cleared it up verbally, sortof.
