He was the worst prof yet. Some assignments were contradicting; when you ask him about it, if he responds, he will reply with a sarcastic answer. Towards the end of the semester he was called out by a few students because he failed to reply to any of us about our final paper. He does NOT double check his assignments before posting! Avoid JohnBrand!

He should not be teaching an online class. He does not adhere to the syllabus timeline. He provides confusing assignments. He does not respond to emails and fails to allow students time to actually learn because we are too busy trying to figure out what chapter, what page, what assignment is actually due that week. Then you cant even submit it.

This professor is rude and unhelpful. He will not let you go to the bathroom during class and makes you feel bad about yourself. If you ask him to repeat something he will not but you can't understand what he says due to his extremely thick aggravating accent. He is the opposite of what a teacher should be. Drop his class.

I took this class my first semester of college last fall. At first he comes across as a jerk but he is really great. If you are in college to learn, interact, debate, than this is a great class for you. It was very informational and opened my eyes to a lot of important issues going on in the world. He's a hard ass but it's worth it and I thank him.

Horrible horrible horrible professor. He's sarcastic, egotistic, and just all around not enjoyable to be around. So unclear with assignments and if you ask him to clarify he confuses you even more. Oh and if you want to e-mail him a question, forget about it! He WILL NOT respond. If you want to have an enjoyable college experience, avoid him.

Teacher gives very few assignments and often may misplace or choose not to grade them. However, the class' purpose is understanding of literature and this is the focus. Expects people to work on their own and is impatient with people who want their hand held or a more conventional class. Very easy to get an A if you are willing to discuss books

Hate this professor. I loved English until I took a class with him. He will admit on the first day that he hates Americans (he's British). Slanders the military. Will not reply to your emails. Work is confusing and over-exaggerated. I really wish my school would get rid of him and give his full-time position to someone more deserving.

This guy was horrible, so confusing and blamed the class for his own errors. Half the work we did was never graded so you never really knew how you were doing. The class started with 22 students and by the end it was only me and one other student. He cares more about the format than the writing. Avoid!!!

Loved writing until I took his class. His wording isvabit hard to understand, and he was unclear as to what he wanted. I would ask very direct intelligent question as I haveLD and do not always understand things the first time they are explained. He with rare exception would respond to my questions with "college students should know this".AVOID!

Only took him for a week over summer and I will never take him again. he is very strict with the assignment and not very understanding. Plus if you take him online you will be required to upload your picture. I don't find that bad, but it should not be required.
