This professor is horrible. I have always been good at math. However, the way he explains even the simplest equation make it seem like rocket science. Also he has anologys such as what's that got to do with the price of cheese in Denmark Also he talks about picking cotton and living in the country. And he gets lost in his train of thought and rude

Mr. Davenport is just what you would expect from an aged Math enthusiast. He's VERY old school, so be ready for a different way of doing things. He knows his stuff, but he lives in the "Calc III" world (hard to come down to our level). He gets distracted sometimes but not to a large degree. Be ready to be interested and work sincerely.

This is the rudest man I have ever encountered. I could teach a class better than he can. He tries to explain and HE makes mistakes that the students have to catch. He spent an entire class teaching us to compoud interest every Nano-second, and then told us that he was "Just Showing Off" and we didn't need to know that formula. Come On?? Go Away!!!

I think this man is the DEVIL!!! He is a JERK and I DO NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone! If you want to teach yourself and learn nothing. Go right ahead and take him. His favorite quotes are, "What's that got to do with the price of cheese in Demark?" and "Christmas!" He's an idiot and needs to retire!

I took this guy for a FIVE hour class... I quit taking nots the second week... I don't regularly go to class, just read the book and make occasional appearances... He's very confusing if you don't already know the material, and makes arithmetic mistakes.
