He's a great guy and a great teacher! I learned a lot from him. If you take him, don't skip his classes. Many people in my class were dropped from skipping so many times. Just go to class, follow along and pay attention, and read what he tells you to read. You'll do well and learn a lot about web design.

Mr. Messer is an excellent professor. He takes the time to explain everything, and knows his material very well. Communication between email is always prompt and professional. He also grades very fair, as well as works with you to improve. Excellent professor, Id recommend him. Overall a nice guy as well...glad hes teaching again, one of the best.

Great instructor. As boring as some of the concepts are, he tried to keep the class fun. Just complete all assignments he gives you on time, and you'll get a good grade. VERY CLEAR and easy to understand. Pay attention, and don't surf the web in class, he will get upset. He doesn't seem to get bent out of shape if you miss a couple classes.

Average I would say. Sometimes he is uneducated about the course matter, and I honestly think if you take away his book, class would be dismissed. His assignments are always 100 steps for some reason, they are easy, just they are really time absorbing.
