I last took a class with Professor Nelson in 1991, but remember him fondly. He was passionate, approachable, devoted, and clear. Classes were not all that challenging, but I learned a lot. I guess that is good teaching, huh?

One of the best courses/programs on campus. I took this class four years ago, but wanted to come back and rate him highly. He's helped me get jobs and given good advice in tech writing for years. He teaches you everything you need to know about technical writing and how to get a job.

Nelson is such a great professor. He cares about the students more than any other teacher I've had; lending them computers if theirs break & even inviting them to Thanksgiving dinner! He expects you to do well on your work & is happy to help you if you have trouble. PWTC is an awesome program!
