Really nice guy. However should stick with teaching code. He relies far too much on the book for a discussion based class. Many of the articles and discussion lean towards a very liberal bias but he is very open to hearing differences of opinion. Would not advise you take this teacher.

Trono is a really nice guy, but you should probably have some knowledge of the subject. he'll help you as much as you need and the class isn't that bad if you put forth the effort. if code isn't your thing, don't sign up!

Good teacher. Very tough, but also patient when re-explaining concepts. Does have a tendency to have students figure it out for themselves in terms of debugging. Quizzes and exams especially hard until you catch on. Then not so bad. I learned a lot from him. Contrary to popular belief, he does have a sense of humor. It's very subtle, though.

If you can pay attention in class he is not that bad, and if you struggle with the labs he he will help you for as long as you need. He may not be very lively but you learn more than with other teachers and he really helps out. His labs are also easy because they are just modifications of programs he writes on the board in class.

Extremely intelligent man, but not the professor for everyone; if you pay strong attention and take notes he isn't that bad. He is tough, but his class is all about applying concepts taught in both the book and his examples. I learned more about good programming than any other I have taken thus far, and I highly recomend his classes for CS majors.
