Dr. Wallace is the best prof I have had so far at MU. He truly cares about his students and helps them develop a great work ethic. If you are looking for an easy A, this is not your man. If you are looking for a great experience, to learn applicable knowledge, and to gain lifelong friends a Wallace class is the one for you.

Dr. Wallace is just awesome; he's so passionate about his field of study and I love listening to him talk about certain topics. Dr. B teaches lecture for Eco Evo and I can hardly stay awake or listen but he really makes things interesting! He's a pretty easy grader if you do what's asked, but you'll have to ask him to clarify a lot.

Very helpful and takes time with you if you seek him out. His exams are difficult but if you put in the time, good grades are feasible. Offers insights other profs do not. Nice person and very approachable.

He expects too much for a biology 100 Lab. He is seriously the hardest lab professor. We had hard quizzes and even an out of class lab project that includes a paper and 10 minute presentation, while the other labs just had easy HW. Avoid him, unless you want to work harder than the rest of your lecture classmates.

The first class i took with him i thought he was okay but in the second and third i noticed that he plays subtle favorites. I feel like he does hold grudges if you do bad in his class. And yeah he does expect you to figure everything out yourself and his standards for writing scientific papers is high!It's annoying at times..

Biol. Problems in Env Management. Would be an awesome class except we only talking about managing streams. Never any other topic! Also did not like the expensive, mandatory conference over one weekend in February. That's when some of us work to earn our rent money!

Great for lab! Never had him for lecture, but he is great in lab. Let's you do your lab without getting in your way or lecturing too much in the beginning of lab. Helpful and lets you out early if you finish your lab. Quizzes are easy and there's no lab reports.

Nice guy, but not helpful. Every time I ask a question he goes on a 5 minute diversion that has nothing to do with my question. It's only General bio, but expects you to figure out everything on your own. He's not the worst you could have, but not great. Don't bother buying the textbook, you only really need it to clarify if you don't understand.

Wallace is a nice guy but when it comes to class he is very unclear and not very helpful when you need help. He wants you to figure everything out yourself which can suck because you don't always know if your right or not. If your looking for a friend Wallace is the man but when it comes to class he isnt very clear which increases the difficulty.

Pretty good teacher. Keeps things at a syeady pace. first teat is decently easy if you study but second was a lot harder. his lectures are ok his stories keep the class interesting. Although i like the jeopardy game it does only help if you have someone smart on your team. Decent teacher nice guy

Sometimes I get the impression that this guy doesn't know what he is doing. He second guesses himself a lot in class, and the notes he gives are unclear. He plays this stupid jeopardy game in class that gives xtra credit, it's only good if you have a person on your team who knows what he/she is doing. Test are difficult. I would not take again.
