Comment:

Mr. Weber, by far, is one of the most unhelpful teachers I have ever had. He has had a very successful career in art and even studied in Europe when he was younger. However, it does not appear he has any knowledge on how to effectively teach a class. He is unclear, arrogant, and embarrasses students in front of the class. Avoid him!

Professor Weber influenced my work greatly. Although he is challenging, he is honest and thourough and experienced. He is one of the most interesting character I have met to date and also probably the most intelligent. He is liberal and devoted and really cares about his work as a teacher even though he shows this through tough love. A++++

he's easily distracted and doesnt get to know his students or their work. Gets off on tangents when he talks and ends up offending people with his many opinions about a topic (non-critique stuff). He is very inconsistent and a bit of a hipppocrate and contradicting. I understand he loves his work but does not mean he should still be teaching.

I am truly upset at what some people wrote on this page. any good student would understand the respect and honor this man deserves. he has been working in the arts for fifty years, and has so much compassion and hope for his students. If you goof off in class, expect to be reprimanded, but otherwise he truly knows how to teach and be a great teac

Make sure to go to class and get there on time. Very critical but it helps in the end. ART 115 isn't a blow off class. You need to do assignments between classes and on weekends.

Alot of these ratings are 5 years old so he must have gotten nicer over the years bc i never saw him scream at anybody, only tells late people to try to be on time.he's very smart and expects your participation, which is easy. projects took too long in my opinion. and yes he is critical but only in a helpful way. redo ur bad projects & he regrades.

Avoid him at all costs. Hes rude, yells at students, gives arbitrary grades ( I don't know what V, NG, W means in grading scales), loves to hear himself talk. Not sure why he has a job. If you take this class, be prepared to be criticized. Impossible to ask him a question, if you take this class, he'll expect you to pay $25-50 for special paper
