Comment:

Immensely wise and knowledgeable of every kind of commercial/transactional law, and of life in general. Expect dynamic and lively classroom, poignantly useful homework & feedback, and vast amounts of diverse and interesting reading. Great sense of humor. Class may often seem too demanding but you will learn a hugely. The Master Yoda of Contracts.

Good: Terrifyingly clever, with vast amounts of experience and insights in law and business of many kinds. Very encouraging when approached. You will learn. Bad: Uses his online course which is like 17 books in awful typesetting. Chooses the least convenient times for class and office hours, goes on long absences. You will suffer.

Extremely good. Tremendously knowledgeable, respectful of students. Very challenging, engaging; fast pace. Intellectual yet very practical and pragmatic. Sometimes takes a little while to get used to.

Weistart is one of the world's Great Teachers. He's not for the slacker or the slow of wit, but he'll take you on a fantastic ride through the world of law and culture and people. Oh, what inspiring things you'll see and hear.

Great teacher who comes to class very well prepared and thought-through..and expects his students to be the same. Applies class (contracts) to real-world and current examples, which is very useful for practice. Class gave standing ovation at the end of our semester with him.
