Dr. Kelly is such a nice man and can be really funny. He expects you to do your work. He doesn't grade on attendance, but for History of Christmas, how can you not want to go to class? Definitely the best class I had to take for the core. Take it for sure!

Dr. Kelly is a great professor. He really cares abut the material and making it relatable to students. He was available for guidance and did not smother students with busy work. Quizzes were just proof that you had read the material, and the requirements for the papers were extremely clear. I would definitely take Dr. Kelly again!

Spends no time with students out of class. Brushes you off if you want to see him. Cannot be bothered with term papers so course is about quizzes graded by a GA and listening to him. Not an educational experience but an easy way to get a good grade.

dr kelly is the man. he is really smart and not many people know that he has written many well known books and gives lectures all over the cleveland area. he tells you what you need to do and he is pretty easy. he expects long papers though on tough topics. take him if you want to think from all angles.

Dr. Kelly is great. Expect to read a lot. We had 9 books for RL 321 but you don't completely read all of them. He let us decide our grading scale in the beginning of the class. He's pretty nice to talk to about almost anything. Work hard on your final project and you should do well. Wear a BC shirt and he'll love you.

He's not condescending, just sarcastic. Makes class interesting. Grade is several easy quizzes, two papers, two tests and a group project in place of a final. Material isn't too hard, and assignments are graded pretty easily.

TAKE HIS CLASS! He keeps class so interesting and he is really funny. Easy grader...all he required was 4 easy papers, a few quizzes, and a group project on xmas for the final. he assigns a lot of readings, but they are interesting and easy to get through. YOU WONT REGRET IT!

Speaks in a condescending manner to students, expects too much considering what the class is about; he takes off points just because he wants to. SO MUCH READING TO DO! Impossible to get an A on group project; told my group: "there's no such word as 'inheritance'".. what?! Since when?!? Content is interesting, but it's not worth taking b/c of him.
