Although I didn't have Goode for my seminar in my CSP course, I wanted him. His lectures are clear, extremely interesting, and fun. I'm not a big fan of many Humanities Professors, but Goode is fantastic!

oh professor goode. he's one of my favorite profs at oxy - he forces his students to get to the core of the readings. he helped to develop my critical thinking skills, which has aided my writing quite a bit. plus he's hilarious.

Goode is a very smart and interesting guy. he's extremely quick-witted, and absolutely hysterical in class. like most geniuses, though, he's a little unorganized; his lectures are hard to follow, and it's almost impossible to take notes, but if you just sit back and listen, you'll learn alot

Terrific, engaging lectures. Light, but effective reading assignments, short papers, and tests that are not too hard to study for. The work load is relatively light, but he is a great teacher and you'll learn a lot. Plenty of humor as well.
