I respect Dr. Hill more than any other professor at this school. He is a very intelligent and kind man. His classes are quite challenging, which is a good change from all the cake-walk classes you find in this college. College isn't supposed to be easy. If you pay attention, you will learn alot from this man.

Comment:

Professor expects a lot, but is intelligent and really good about covering material. Don't expect to cake walk, but he will teach you if you put in the effort. I've nothing but kind things to say - additionally he deals with passive-aggressive students with class and respect which they don't deserve.

I am now a graduate student at Sage Graduate School. I have yet to find a professor like Dr. Hill. To the student who stated that Hill's classes were like "torcher", it is actually spelled torture. That alone might have made the classes difficult for you, the ability to spell is a must in one of Hill's classes, they are pretty advanced.

I am happy to say that my experience with him was wonderful. I got mono my senior year and in addition to that I had to deal with a terminal illness in the family. He bent over backwards to help me graduate. He just won't suffer students who don't listen to his instructions or show genuine interest.

I think I had the worst experience of Sage with him, but after it all I found that he means well as a person. He is a HARD teacher, and would make a MUCH better researcher. I have gone far with my Psy degree, after Sage, and I could have done without his torcher.

I am a psych major and I enjoyed Hill. If you are lazy and unwilling to learn anything, don't take his class. But, if you want to learn from the best, sign yourself up. His classes sort out the lazy students anyway.
