Granted, Dr. Z is a little tough, and I even gave up in her class for awhile because I thought it was pointless to try (and I'm an Engl. major!). But if you do the work and TALK in class she'll like you. And you do know your grade if you ask...plus she hands them out at times. Just talk in class, read, and apply yourself and it'll be fine.

She's just plain tough. she's a die-hard feminist, so if you aren't, you're screwed. she doesn't do a very good job of telling you what she wants when she wants it. i'm avoiding her classes from now on.

Our class gets smaller every time becuase so many people are failing. You never know what she wants and you can ask her if something is right and she will tell you yes and then mark you off later on. Her class is an 800 level course that is marked 200.
