Wow, what a wonderful woman Kathe was. I miss her so much. Its almost unbearable to take photography without her. She was so intelligent and creative and loving,when I think of photography I will always think of Kathe.

Kathe was always willing to help, even through her medical leave and retirement. I can definately tell that she is no longer present in the department, through work of students and the facilities themselves. It is very sad to hear that she died.

i had some prior experience, it was still hard. you have to work at getting an A, but the assignments are fun and kathe has an amazing personality. she's an artist of substance and she's very very good at what she does. worth taking for photo, she'll push you to become great. she is not afraid to be critical, don't take it the wrong way

Kathe devotes all of her time to the development of her students. She is very difficult, but pushes you to be a success in her class. If you give her 100%, she will show you just how much potential you truly have.
