Comment:

Dr. Lejeune is an amazing lecturer and an extremely kind person. He's accommodating and easy to talk to, and he encourages but doesn't demand participation in class. It is apparent that he is passionate about what he teaches and it makes the class enjoyable. You must buy the textbook and read the assigned material or you will not pass the tests.

He disusses readings in class, and enjoys class participation. You must read the stories but they aren't that bad. He gives optional and mandatory assignments on every reading. The quizzes aren't hard. I would take him again if i needed too. He keeps class interesting.

Not a bad teacher at all, HE DOES GIVE A BUNCH OF UNNECCESSARY BUSY WORK! But his class is not hard. I would reccomend him he does respond to emails promptly and is willing to meet with you.

Took him for Louisiana Lit - loved this class. He's knowledgable and thorough. Class was more like being in a book club, because he encouraged alot of discussion, which helped everyone understand the readings much more. I'd take him again in a heartbeat!

LOVED him!! He's not always crystal clear on expectations, but if you need help on anything, he is always willing to take time to help you understand. He's an easy grader, not too critical, and not too strict on deadlines. He made me actually enjoy writing my essays!! I HIGHLY recommend him, but make sure to attend class regularly for pop quizzes.

Dr. Lejeune has been one of the best professors I have ever had. I liked his literature class so much I just had to take his creative writing class(poetry). Through both classes I have learned so much and i am thankful for the knowledge he has enstilled. (and i agree that he is definately not bad looking! : )
