Comment:

Throughout the course this prof plays the prof character in the movie "My Fair Lady". He is good at what he teaches. But he is extremely impolite and he thinks he is funny and cracks jokes once in a while. Once a girl walked out of the class because she had a family emergency and this guy got upset that she did not ask for his permission.

Comment:

Very clear about expectations in syllabus, but grades tough and knocks hard for little things. Mandatory attendance and easily the most boring class I had this semester. He uses too many examples for simple topics. His tests are hard if you don't carefully read the book, but he curves nicely. Threatens grades a lot during class, overall annoying.

He grades harder than other speech profs but if you follow the guidelines you'll be fine. Really annoying in class, always threatens that he will "hurt your grade" if you don't follow directions. He's rude to studens in class and does nto have patience. attendance is mandatory and he deducts from your grade for being late.

Took him last summer for cas100...follow his guidlines and youll get an easy A... Do well during the entire semester...I did horrible on the final but had A's on all my speechs and a 100 on my midterm... He looks at effort... take him if you can... really nice guy too

It is in the sylabus, it could not be clearer. Follow it for speaches and you will be fine. For tests know the notes and actually read the book. He does go into detail about somethings in the book.

A funny guy in class, but a pain in the neck out of class, like if you ask him a question. Also, he grades way too hard, assures you that if you skim the book you will be OK on the test, then askes very specific questions. Overall, not a bad guy, but not the best prof there is.

i really liked dr. danielson. i had a difficult situation this semester and he could not have been more helpful. it is a lot of information to learn, but he's happy to assist if you just ask. study for the tests, follow the directions for speeches and you should be fine, unless you're lazy.

this is my first time with Dr. D., and i love him. those who don't probably did not do the work the right way or didn't show up for class. i think he's great, and nice to look at too. he's a real person, a real teacher. fabulous and compassionate.
