An extremely organized but tough teacher. Taught from his own notes rather then text book, making studying for the test difficult. Lexture testing was difficult using fill in the blank answers. He gave answer sheet for the test, but would dock you a grade. His labs were enjoyable and followed a handbook.

Had him for Botany, and a couple of elective type courses (natural history, wildflowers). Probably the best professor I ever had. Loved his subject, and knew how to make it fun and interesting. I whish there were more like him.

I loved this guy-he made this class interesting and easy to follow. He gives study guides for all of his exams and ONLY uses what is on them for the tests. Highly recommended.

He was a great teacher with a great sense of humor! I really enjoyed his classes and can say for sure that I learned things that I remember even to this day over a year later. If you have to take a science class I would definitely say to pick him!
