It is clear that he knows his stuff! He takes a macro approach to the learning experience. Focusing on concepts, analysis frameworks, and global business and technology trends. I found his class very inspiring.

Ken was the easiest marker I've ever had. I don't think I'm that smart and I somehow got 100% on every assignment and 90% + on every test. Just put some thought into your work and do it and you'll get a good grade. The tests are straight from the textbook. I took it online and there was lots of group work which sucks but great otherwise.

It was Ken's first time teaching bus 290, so he was often confused using the program we had to use (Capsim). He was also using a different instuctors course material so he stumbled through peoples questions about the content. Overall he is a great guy and a super easy maker.

Ken is the man! Don't let his army-talk in the first class scare you, he's a friendly guy. You can tell he finds some of the textbook content boring, and he'll skip through slides and just take you to the important stuff. Great for IT learning since he focuses on the concepts, not just what to click. I learned a lot.

Ken is great. He likes to do crowdsourcing in class; what you get out of the class is what you put in. You will make your own textbook. You will always work on a team. Your projects will be big and involved and directly relating to the content of his classes.

Comment:
Ken is great in lectures; he makes a rather dry subject more interesting. He was a relatively generous marker as well. He wasn't overly clear/helpful in explaining assignments/projects. Often he would just tell us to look something up online if we're not sure rather than teach us. Otherwise he's a great teacher.

Ken is a good teacher and makes a relatively boring class enjoying. You must show up every class especially during Access. Ken is good at helping when needed although sometimes he will tell you to "Google it". Overall Ken is a good teacher with a ton of knowledge and passion for his field, which makes him the perfect teacher for Bus 141

Ken is a good teacher, he makes the most dry material somehow fun to learn about. He is good with making appointments to help you out when needed but sometimes tells you to "Google it". All in all having Ken as a teacher I would never take another IT course unless it was taught by Ken. If you have any interest in Bus 141, have Ken as your teacher!

Ken brought his personal experiences to his lectures. The group work was a pleasure since we were able to form our own groups. The midterm and final were challenging, but if you attended the classes and completed the online quizzes you could manage a good grade. Overall he was a great instructor, easy to talk to, and I would recommend this class.

Ken is terrible, but fairly easy. Does not teach what is on the quizzes (that is all from the textbook), tells you to "Google it" when you ask questions. Would avoid him in the future!

Comment:
Excellent lectures. Good teacher. Fair marker. There are a lot of studnets inthe class that basically don't want to be there and their attitude really impacts the class environment. The prof does an admirable job of teaching in such a situation that is really beyond his control.
