Comment:

Ken is a solid professor. You can tell he knows a lot about what he lectures, but do mind that his classes are nothing but lecture start to finish. It's tough to stay awake in that class, but it's important that you either read the textbook or see his tutor Connor for help outside of class if you decide not to go.

Comment:

Professor Price was straight forward in what his class was like. You take 3 tests and then have a research paper at the end of the semester. Every test has pictures and extra credit questions so essentially, if you show up and take good notes you should earn a decent grade. He's also an energetic and interesting professor to listen to.

Comment:

Price is very passionate about what he teaches, which is nice, but every single class is a lecture. The class is based off of 3 test grades and an essay, and the first 2 tests you dont get study guides so it can be hard to know what to study for. Also takes attendance but it doesnt go towards anything. Offers bonus points and is very friendly.

Kenneth is a great teacher his passion for art and history is awsome. Class feels more like a regular history with art tied in so you dont need to be a art person to enjoy it.

Ken is a great professor who is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He lectures the entire class, every class, which gets very boring. He doesn't cater to different learning styles. He also ends a lot of his sentences with "in here," which is somewhat distracting. The class grade is just 3 unit tests and a research paper, each 25% of the grade.

Ken is a very kind teacher passionate about the topic he is lecturing which makes his class interesting. He can be easy to zone out on but try your best to get as many notes as possible. Your grade will depend on them. GO TO ANY TUTORING OR STUDY GROUPS AVAILABLE. They will save your grade.

Awesome class! This guy loves history, you can tell. He does say "in here" a lot, but he's so knowledgeable about art and history, you won't notice!

Ken Price is an exceptional professor. He is warm and friendly, and wants his students to do well. Ken's lectures got me really excited about the material. He talks very fast, and expects you to understand lecture information about all of the works discussed. Take notes and study using them and the posted slides and you will do well.

Knows a ton about art history in many different time periods. He will make you laugh with weird stories. One thing that I noticed the first period I had him is his constant phraseology. The words, "In here", are included in literally every other sentence. I tallied each period at the top of my notes page. 150 per period. No Joke. It was distracting

I took his ART 190 class online. This class is way too much work, and unless you have a photographic memory the tests are extremely hard. It's also really frustrating that the essays are 1000 words with a lot of requirements and they are only worth 25 points. I would not recommend this class.

Price was amazing! I've never been interested in art history but his lectures are usually interesting and he usually puts in a joke or two. Plus he really knows his stuff, is on top of grading, and is helpful in letting you know what you should work on in the future. I would highly recommend him. But don't bother buying the textbook!

In my opinion, he is a better teacher than chip. Chip is funny but Ken Price really knows his stuff. Very knowledgable and very fair grader. Take a class with him. He rocks!

Amazing teacher! He really knows his stuff! Great guy to talk to! Easy going, understanding, helpful,funny, etc... If you like art history, youll love this! If you dont, try! I learned a lot as a fien artist from this class too. lots of inspiration!

I wasn't thrilled with taking an Art History class, but everything else I wanted was taken. But this was a great class! He really knows his stuff. I really enjoyed learning about things that, before now, I couldn't have cared less about. Great professor and definitely a people person.

Great teacher, knows just about everything about art! Powerpoints are all pictures, he talks about the info you need to know. If you don't like art it's a rough class but he is a great teacher!

Really knows his stuff! Class gets really boring especially if you're not interested in art. Some topics are cool because he tells cool stories but it can be real boring. Tests are easy if you go to class and power points are online but not everything is on them. He talks mostly instead of writing it on his presentations.
